Certified Service Dog Certificate with Presentation Folder
If you are unsatisfied for any reason. You'll just need to return the items back to us within 30 days of your purchase. Just let us know, and then send us the tracking number of your package. That way both of us will know when we receive the package.
If your ID cards and/or certificate arrive and you discover they are incorrect (printed differently than how you originally placed your order), we'll remake and send them FREE with the correct information within 72 hours. If you are not happy with the photo on your ID card, please email us at paws@usservicedogsregistry.org and explain what did not meet your expectations, and we will send you a proof of the corrected ID Card by email before shipping the second time. You will need to return the old card for us to process the new one at no charge.
